So interms of inbox rates guys, which works for you guys? Like I realized that aweber had the highest deliverability for me until I got banned. I went to getresponse and deliv is lower but oh well..

I am using the Brevo (Sendinblue) email marketing service for my WordPress site. For transactional email, use the wp mail SMTP plugin and connect with Brevo API for higher deliverability. I experience this setup is best to reach out safely in the subscriber inbox.

Do any of these options let you send out over 1M emails without banning you?

You need a bulk email processor for high volume lists and all of them require you to use an opt-in list, and some require double opt-in. If they find your bounce rate and spam report rate out of acceptable limits they will not continue sending and/or stop accepting your lists.
