H1 & H2 are called as header tags. H1 indicates the text with highest priority & H2 being second highest priority. Alt tags are used to give naming to images. This tag is used because search engine crawlers are unable ti identify images & hence proper name is given to them in the form of text.

H1 is the main title and should always be exactly the same as the meta title. You should never have more than one H1.

H2 are the titles within the content. In case you've got a subtitle inside a section (H2) you should use H3 or H4, etc. respectively.

Alt tags are descriptions to optimize a page's images.

Imagine your picture is that of a child eating yogurt. The alt tag should be something like "child eating yogurt."
