Gold Zeropark Live Case Study (from $0 to $XXX per day)

ok,
registered with servando coupon. waiting reply from him.
of course not, i want to try $250 just for zeropark.

i want to try affiliate marketing. my main bussines is selling t-shirt (teezily).

Quick heads up:
You don't "try" affiliate marketing, you make it work. Don't expect to earn any money on those $250.

yes i know, i will lose that $250.
i just want to know how pops and other cpa advertising works.
for fb ads. facebook will show ads based interest, gender age and etc. i can research best interest in audience insight.
and i want to know how other advertising network like popcah or zeropark can make money, without specific targeting like facebook.
so, with $250 and if i get coupon, i have $500 to learn.

"we are unable to validate your information. please try again"
I can not complete the paypal payment because of the above error.
What should I do now?

2. target converts but losing money (ROI less than maybe -70%), probably pause it too
3. target converts but losing money (ROI above -50%) keep it running and test more angles or try to adjust bids or get a better offer that pays more before pausing it

Hi @servandosilva, would like to confirm one thing here. when you are introducing/testing new variation (be it bidding/LP/Angle), you will analyse your data (to determine which target to cut, -70%/-50% rules), you will see the data from day1 till now, or from the date when you introduce/testing new variation till now.

Thanks in advance for clarification.

Games are not very common for this traffic. Facebook is another story though.

Hi @servandosilva , I had tried my current good converting antivirus offer on ZP, daily traffic ~10k+, CTR is good @ ~20% but CV really sucks, nearly 0%. These LPs are tested good at another traffic source.
Could you please share with us what vertical are good for ZP and which are non-performing, I know it can vary from affiliate to affiliate, but you can just tell based on your experiences, which I believed you had run more enough campaigns there to tell this. Many thanks and much appreciated.

You should split more offers, CTR can be a measurment that an angle/vertical is working, just gotta find the right offer.

Hi comegetbravo, yes, this offer is still converting good at another source, just want to scale it to ZP as limited traffic at current source (after blacklisted targets/options).

If you have to blacklist that many placements that you don't have sufficient traffic, then you should really focus on improving your funnel, try new angles, new ads, new offers. Otherwise you're gonna end up doing the same thing with ZP, blacklisting until you're not getting good enough traffic.

I've mentioned which kind of offers work in this traffic source before. it's pretty much the same you can see in all pop traffic sources, including sweeps, av, some casino/bizop, dating, etc.

If you're curious about Zeropark only you can filter it in Adplexity and you'll see what works for each geo in Zeropark.

Hi @servandosilva , much appreciated if you could help to clarify on this post. Thanks

Do you ever direct link for tier 3/4 countries like Thailand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, etc? Seems in these campaigns in the follow-along that you didn't test direct linking at all.

How do you decide on your daily budget when you're initially testing a campaign? Do you typically plan to test for a full week like $70/7=$10/day or just 3-4 days, $100/4=$25/day, or do you just let it rip with an unlimited daily so you can see how well it converts right away?

Also, how do you typically decide that a campaign has failed?

By the way, I've been trying to avoid shiny object syndrome really badly as a newbie, since I only started with paid traffic when you started this follow-along, so I've stuck to one vertical so far in tier 2 geos, I'm doing -60% ROI direct linking and -80% in another geo and I really want to try other campaigns while I wait for data on these two, should I focus on getting this profitable? Or should I chase after the shiny objects since I'm a relative newbie and just test out some more mobile verticals?

Also, in the event that landing pages do worse than direct linking, can optimizing targets alone make up for -60% ROI?

I have a $4k budget at the moment, and I've spent about $170 testing a lot of offers until I found one that did -40% in direct linking and I spent $30 on the -80% geo, I plan to continue optimizing both of the campaigns in the same vertical, just thinking if I should go ahead and try all the CPI and other offers I'm seeing or stay focused.

Yes it does.
Hi. I just came back from ASE, so I'm still catching up on work.

As for your questions:
1. No. I don't direct link 99% of the time.
The budget depends on the number of offers, landings and payout. The initial tests usually are for 2-3 days, but if i see conversions like it happened in this follow along then I uncap them or leave them running for a week to gather data. When i uncap them it's because I see a lot of conversions and a not so bad ROI. If the ROI is weak, then I keep the budget but run for many days.

2. A campaign fails when I spend several days buying traffic with no conversions or with an ROI close to -100% and after doing some optimizations i can't get it up.

-60 and -80% initially is not that bad. The first one especially, I'd work on it and add landers to increase my ROI. Optimizing targets alone might not get up to positive, but if you optimize OS, browsers, targets, etc. it's possible.

Your budget is good, keep going with that one, and even if it fails at the end, you'll learn a lot.

Did you get the coupon? The promo just ended last Sunday but if you were added to my list before that they will give you the bonus anyways.

no, i said LOT volume geo. in Zeropark volume page i mean.

and another question:

when i choose in adplexity "zeropark" and "mexico", for example, to know the hot offers now... what do i choose: newest, running longes or received more traffic?? i think running longest but usually appears LP that were many days online but not right now... so maybe it means they dont work now... an example: adplexity ad / 2101353

last question:

in the same example, Zeropark - Mexico .... how is it posible clickdealer does not appear?? it is a big network, isn it?

P.S.) we can see LP in adplexity but no the exact offer....?
P.S.2) i dont understand optimize traffic type... when you create a campaign in ZP you have to choose if is mainstream traffic or adult traffic... so how can you optime that inside one campaign in voluum?? one campaign each traffic type?

You can check all the 3 filters and see if you notice something that appears everywhere in Adplexit, but normally the best way to get started is by checking the "running longest" or "received more traffic".

Clickdealer is a big network, but there are hundreds of networks and many of them quite big too. It's not like you have to see them everywhere.

P.S.1. Sometimes you can see the offer. in fact if you follow the links you'll see the network and the offer ID. But sometimes some people cloak it or the advertisers run direct.

P.S.2. When you create a campaign in Zeropark you can choose both, not just one.

I'll analyse the data since I introduced the new variation. There's no point of analyzing from day 1 because the traffic has been filtered and the campaign has been optimized.

So you will always give another 2-3x budget to each of the targets after your new variation to decide whether to kill it or not? That will need huge budget isn't it as you will keep introducing new variation (LP/Angle...) into the camapign.

That's why I like spending 50-200x the offer payout nowadays instead of just 5-10x.
