Have been testing a few push/pops networks and found one called tonic. You are able to target geo and Keywords on there. Check this out, it shows monthly volume for your desired keyword TONIC. Keyword Tool

Their traffic quality is decent.

Yes imo but if you have never ran this sort of traffic before I suggest a newbie source like propeller to get your feet wet.

Agree with this since @Honeybadger is running SEO pages any ads should bring some benefits to the page/site rankings...

use a redirection page for the ads NOINDEX no GA ==> click to continue (idea).
