Do you take Vitamins or Supplements?

Hi everyone. To maintain my immune system, I regularly take various courses of vitamins A, C, D and minerals such as selenium and calcium. I also took protein powder, amino acids and hgh when I was playing sports. This has helped me get the most out of my workouts. But I must say that if you properly balance your diet, you can get all the necessary vitamins and nutrients from ordinary foods.

What vitamins and supplements are you taking?
I am really underweight and even though I eat a lot.
I am still skinny. :(

I heard chlorella works wonders?
sorry I can not help you out , I do not take any vitamins , I try to get them from my food source
 
I’ve been taking vitamins and supplements for years. A good multivitamin is a staple for me, but I’ve also found targeted supplements like Omega-3 and Vitamin D really boost my energy and focus.
