Do you take Vitamins or Supplements?

Hi everyone. To maintain my immune system, I regularly take various courses of vitamins A, C, D and minerals such as selenium and calcium. I also took protein powder, amino acids and hgh when I was playing sports. This has helped me get the most out of my workouts. But I must say that if you properly balance your diet, you can get all the necessary vitamins and nutrients from ordinary foods.

Hi,

What vitamins and supplements are you taking?
I am really underweight and even though I eat a lot.
I am still skinny. :(

I am not taking in vitamins or supplements. What is your recommendation?
I heard chlorella works wonders?
sorry I can not help you out , I do not take any vitamins , I try to get them from my food source

Only vitamin D. I tried supplements to increase my appetite, but apart from the side effects, I did not feel any difference

Some users take vitamins like A, C, D, selenium, and omega supplements for health, while others prefer nutrients from food. Some find supplements beneficial, while others experience side effects or see no impact.

Your pituitary gland may be producing too much of the fat regulation hormones T3 & T4. Its called hyperthyroidism, you can get a blood work done to get it checked out. Protein powders are good only if you work out, and while we're on the topic of working out, the best and only supplement to take that will make you seem "bigger" is creatine. - oh gosh just realized how old this thread is :X

No, the doctor says I'm fine. There's no point in drinking something unnecessary. But my friend is the complete opposite of me. He always takes too much of everything. Now he most likely has diabetes. The doctor said that he can Buy Ozempic Online which will help him lose weight. It's sad that a person who really took care of his health and even more, has such health problems now

You and me both! No matter how much I eat, I just don’t seem to gain much. I’ve been thinking about trying chlorella too, but I’m also looking into protein shakes and maybe some B-complex vitamins. Have you tried anything yet?

I recently started taking protein powder. Beef bone broth but tastes exactly like chocolate, hot or cold! It's tasty, gives me energy for a while and is expensive.

Just took the last of my B-complex vitamins today, have to order more.

I take others too but for specific health conditions as recommended by my doctors.
