Lots of good tips in the responses, here's a free website (I have no connections with the site, I got it from one of my affiliates when he used it to show me his pages stats). It will help you to check your page for keywords, rankings etc. It also does a visitor count but that doesn't register until your page reaches a certain threshold and I'm not sure what that is, but it's worth looking into for the tools. I ran affiliatefix.com through it for the visitor count, was very impressed with the number that came up!
