Well you can direct link if you have your own tracking domain.

In case Of Adwords you need to buy your Own Domain Name For example www.lifeoffers2017.com and use redirecting and you will get accepted by google ads, DONT FORGET That google is not accepting make money offers and dating offer, you can promote games, electronic product ,diet, weight loss supplement ect
