Looks like the contest just got a whole lot easier...WordPress deleted all the seocontest2008 sites as they violated their terms of service:

What was the reason for deletion? Which terms these blogs violated?

I had a friend who joined another SEO contest (Ituloy AngSulong) before and also got banned on wordpress.com. He said the wordpress guys told him SEO contest entries are not allowed on Wordpress.com.

I think we should use our own domains. Our own domains look more pro too
