SEO qustion

Hi guys, I am Rado & this is my first post here, i am newbie at SEO, so please be nice .

i need some advice from the SEO gurus out there.

So I found this website 123movies.to and started to reverse engineer it. Ahrefs show 1.8M backlinks, but most of the backlinks are coming from:

123movies.cz - registered 08/2016
123movies.ru - registered 03/2016
f5movies.com - registered 06/2015
f9movies.com - registered 07/2015

According to SEMrush this site has 3.6M uniques per month traffic now, but just year ago they had only 50-70K per month.

How this is possible in under a year and what it is with all those domains and backlinks between them?

May be they got top rank in Google and other search engines with many keywords.

This traffic is only from Google US version. From Google UK for example, traffic is 1.4M monthly, so combined with US Google it equals to 5.0M uniques per month, which is huge. I mean they must use some shady/blackhat techniques to rank so fast and other thing that bothers me is how they stays under the Google radar for so long time, anyone?

Quality backlink important not bad link so only submission like blog,Press release,Forum posting.

Why sparse, i gave the most important data - they have all their backlinks from 4 domains, which appears to be theirs and all of those domains are registered under an year ago, and those domains don't have any backlinks at all until recently, so where all this SEO juice is coming from?

I am happy for them, don't get me wrong , i am just trying to reverse engineer all this, so it will make sense to me and I can use similar techniques to rank my websites, it is always best to learn from the successful SEOs out there

According to the traffic and estimated earnings in the range of 5 figs per month, I will be happy if I have such site for an year running like them and then I will gladly accept the penalty from the big G
